Our full time inspectors are certified members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and are listed with the PA Department of Environmental Protection. Each of our inspectors has passed a series of written examinations, participate in continuing education, and adhere to the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Our inspectors have an extensive background in both new home construction and renovation.

Lew Nelson has performed over 5,500 inspections and is a certified ASHI member. Lew is also a registered Master Plumber and was a general contractor for over 20 years.

Eric Sunderland's wide range of construction experience includes working for a custom homebuilder and in the production of building materials. One of his most recent projects includes renovation of a 100+ year old house. Eric is a certified ASHI member and has performed over 2,500 inspections.

Hans Peters has performed over 7,000 inspections and is also a certified ASHI member. Hans is a skilled carpenter and has over 25 years contracting experience including historic, commercial, and new construction.

Landon Synnestvedt learned a wide rang of skills working for a small custom builder. His projects include both new construction, and renovation of exhisting multi-family units. He is a certified ASHI Member with over 1,100 inspections.
